NIYONU – Road Mirrors came to me as I reflected on the impact I felt by a friend’s action. As I sat blaming and feeling betrayed, all of a sudden I realized: What she is doing, I have done so many times to other people. Bam! “The road keeps sending up the next mirror.”
AINA – When I saw the music video for Road Mirrors, I loved the spiral imagery and wanted to incorporate spirals in the design for this set. The spiral symbolizes life’s creative evolution.
